Cold rooms, 2–8 °C
Validated cold rooms under continuous temperature monitoring, with alarms that escalate to a person rather than to a log file.
Quality & operations
The part of the business a customer never sees is the part that decides whether the rest of it is true. One licensed warehouse, a validated cold chain, our own vehicles, our own people — and a document behind every step.
On-time delivery against institutional KPI
Cold chain validated end to end
Owned vehicles, including validated cold-chain units
Administrative regions within delivery scope
Hospitals and medical cities served directly
The warehouse
Every consignment in the Kingdom leaves from one place in Dammam that we licensed, staffed and temperature-mapped ourselves.
The facility is SFDA-licensed and GDP-aligned throughout — not in one room, not for one product class. Zones are physically separated, stock is handled batch by batch, and the procedures that govern all of it are written down. Every line we carry moves through it on the same terms, including our own brand.

Separate ambient and controlled-ambient areas, so a product is stored at the condition it was registered at — not at the one that was convenient.
A physically separated quarantine zone. Received stock waits there until QA releases it, which is the only way it can reach a picking list.
Release discipline
Four steps between a delivery arriving at our door and a box leaving it. Each one is recorded at batch level.
Batch-level receipt against the order and the manufacturer's documentation.
Held in the separated quarantine zone. It is not stock until it is released.
Released batch by batch by our own quality control team, under documented SOPs.
Picked at batch level, with the documentation released alongside every order.
Documentation goes with the goods. Every order leaves with its paperwork, and registered human medicines carry RSD track-and-trace, so a batch can be traced after it has left us as well as before.
Cold chain and fleet
A validated 2–8 °C room is worth nothing if the last leg is handed to a courier who cannot evidence the temperature. So we do not hand it over.
Validated cold rooms at the warehouse and validated cold-chain units in the fleet, so the condition a product was registered at is the condition it arrives in.
Temperature is monitored continuously and excursions escalate through a defined alarm route. The record exists whether or not anyone asks for it.
More than eight owned vehicles, including validated cold-chain units, delivering into every region — which is why the delivery date we give is the one you get.
On-time delivery is held to an institutional KPI and reported at 97%. It is measured against a customer's standard, not chosen for a brochure.
The people
Quality control, warehouse and logistics are staffed by our own people. The chain of responsibility does not change hands halfway.
It is the reason a question about a batch, a temperature record or a delivery time can be answered by the person who did the work, on the day it is asked.
Receipt checks, batch release and the documented SOPs behind both.
Zone discipline, temperature monitoring, batch-level picking and dispatch.
Our own drivers and our own vehicles, including the cold-chain units.
Receipt, storage, release, picking and dispatch each run to a written procedure — so the operation does not depend on who happens to be on shift.
A documented business-continuity plan with alternate routing, so a closed road or a disrupted lane changes the route and not the delivery date.
Continuity
Institutional supply does not forgive a missing day. The exceptions are worked out before they happen and written down where the next person can find them.
Coverage
Thirteen administrative regions reached from a single licensed site in Dammam. One set of records, one release standard, one accountable name — in four regional groupings.

The licence, the temperature record, the KPI, the batch trace. Everything on this page is a document, not a claim — and we would rather you checked.
