About us

Established in position.
Honoured in standing.

That is what the name is held to. ATHEER PHARMA is a Saudi healthcare supply and market-access company, founded in Dammam in 2016 and licensed by the SFDA — built so that one company owns every step from the factory door to the hospital shelf.

Who we are

One licence.
One accountable name.

We hold the SFDA licence, run the warehouse, own the vehicles and carry the registration file ourselves. No step in the route is handed to someone the customer has never met.

WHAT WE ARE

A supply and market-access company

We register products with the SFDA, store them under licence in a warehouse we temperature-mapped ourselves, and deliver them on our own fleet — medicines, medical devices, food supplements, health products and cosmetics.

WHAT WE ARE NOT

Not a broker, not a freight agent, not a reseller

A partner deals with one company, one contract and one accountable name — not five. Every step from the factory door to the hospital shelf sits inside the same licence.

The name

A claim about standing.

أثير فارما ATHEER PHARMA

In Lisān al-ʿArab, athīr is glossed مَكِينٌ مُكْرَم — established in position and honoured in standing. It describes status that has been earned, not affection that has been given. Everything else follows from that: calm, evidenced, never boastful.

مَأْثُور

Ma'thūr · handed down

What is passed from one hand to the next, intact. That is the whole of distribution: the box that leaves the factory is the box that reaches the shelf.

إِيثَار

Īthār · preferring another

Putting someone else first. It is why the dot at the centre of our mark is the patient, and not the company.

الأَثَر

Al-athar · the trace left

The mark something leaves behind. Impact is not a report at the end of the year. It is a box that arrives on the date we gave you.

The mark

The hexagon spells the name.

It is a monogram, not a decoration. The hexagon is drawn from the letterforms of the company's own name, and every element inside it is carrying something.

  • The open hexagonOne continuous stroke, left open — the letterforms of the name, and the shape the whole design system is built from.
  • The three rising dotsThey are the dots of ث, and the hamza of the name. They recur across the site as the eyebrow marker and the transition between sections.
  • The dot at the centreThe patient. It is orange, it is the only orange in the mark, and it is where every route ends.

Vision & mission

What we are building,
and what we do daily.

Both are quoted here in full, in the words the 2026 company profile uses. Nothing about them is aspirational — every clause names something the company already has to hold.

Vision

To build a trusted, globally connected healthcare distribution platform that delivers high-quality products with rigorous compliance, reliability, and operational excellence.

A platform, not a middleman. The licence, the warehouse, the fleet and the registration file sit inside one company — which is what makes the word platform a description rather than a claim.

Mission

To provide seamless market access for international manufacturers and ensure efficient, compliant, and transparent delivery of healthcare products across Saudi Arabia — under one accountable name.

Market access in, delivery out. Both halves are ours, so there is one name to hold to the registration timeline and one name to hold to the date on the order.

Our values

Six values.
Spelled by the name.

They are not a poster. Each one is checkable against a record we already keep.

A

Accuracy

The right product, the right batch, the right temperature, the right date. In this industry those are the same requirement.

T

Trust

Licences, contracts and temperature records that a customer can ask to see, and that we can produce on the day they ask.

H

Humanity

The dot at the centre of the mark is a patient. Nothing we move is abstract, and nothing arrives late without a consequence.

E

Excellence

GDP-aligned operations, a validated 2–8 °C cold chain, and a 97% on-time delivery result measured against an institutional KPI.

E

Ethics

Transparent governance and one accountable name. We say what the licence covers and we do not sell around it.

R

Reliability

One warehouse, one fleet, one company answering the phone — which is why the delivery date we give is the date you get.

Our position

Global supply.
Saudi impact.

Two halves of one route. One end reaches a factory anywhere in the world; the other ends at a patient in a hospital that expects the delivery on Tuesday.

GLOBAL SUPPLY

The route in

Exclusive and selective agreements with ten manufacturers across the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, the GCC and inside the Kingdom — then the SFDA route owned end to end: classification, dossier localisation, filing, listing.

The distance is our problem, not the customer's.

SAUDI IMPACT

The shelf out

One licensed warehouse in Dammam, one owned fleet including validated cold chain, delivery into 13 administrative regions and direct supply to 40+ hospitals and medical cities.

Every product we move ends with a patient.

Our direction

Four steps.
One licence between them.

The company does four things. It does all four itself, which is why there is only ever one number to call about any of them.

01

Source

Qualified manufacturers worldwide and inside the Kingdom, on exclusive and selective agreements.

02

Register

The SFDA route owned end to end — classification, filing, listing.

03

Store & deliver

Licensed, GDP-aligned storage and validated cold chain to every region, on our own fleet.

04

Build

Our own registered brand wherever the market leaves a gap — THERAVÉ®, made in Saudi Arabia.

The market we work in

The largest market
in the region.

Saudi Arabia is the largest pharmaceutical market in the Middle East and North Africa, and the regulatory floor beneath it is rising. Both facts point the same way: towards companies that are licensed, audited and traceable rather than improvised.

VISION 2030

Localisation is policy, not sentiment

Healthcare capacity and local manufacturing are national objectives. Our route is Saudi-licensed and Saudi-staffed, and it now carries lines made in Saudi Arabia under our own registered brand.

THE REGULATORY FLOOR

Tightening — which helps the licensed

Track and trace, enforcement of good distribution practice and stricter registration all raise the cost of an improvised route. We run RSD track and trace and a validated 2–8 °C cold chain on that basis.

Our story

Ten years,
four decisions.

The company grew in the order the work demanded: licence first, capability second, people third, and our own brand only where the market left a gap.
