Two people are answerable for what this company says it will do — one who came through
pharmacy and supply chain, one who still operates as a consultant surgeon. Behind them,
50+ people across regulatory affairs, quality assurance, sales, logistics and finance.
Who runs this company
Two names on the licence, and on the answer.
One call reaches the person who owns the decision. That is the whole point of a
company that refuses to sit behind five intermediaries.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Hani Abdulqader
Two master's degrees from the University of Leicester —
one in Supply Chain Management, one in Business Administration — and a degree in
pharmacy. The route this company runs is the discipline he was trained in.

“Our ambition is precise: to build the region's most dependable healthcare
distribution platform — globally connected, rigorously compliant, and accountable
for every product we move.”
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dr. Fayaz Ahmed
Consultant cardiothoracic surgeon at King Fahd Hospital
of the University. He sits at the end of the route we describe on every other page
of this site — the clinical side of the shelf.

“We are building an organisation where reliability is engineered, not
promised — disciplined operations, transparent governance, and a standard of
delivery our partners can plan on.”
The team
A snapshot of the functions, not the whole team.
Fifty-plus people carry the route between them. These are the five functions the work
divides into — and the order a product passes through them.
01 · REGULATORY AFFAIRS
The SFDA route, owned end to end
Classification, dossier localisation, filing and listing — for medicines, medical
devices, food supplements, health products and cosmetics, including orphan and
unlicensed medicines under SFDA permits.
02 · QUALITY ASSURANCE
GDP-aligned, and provable
Licensed storage under WL-2023-DR-0043, a validated 2–8 °C cold chain, batch
traceability and RSD track and trace. If it cannot be evidenced, it did not happen.
03 · SALES & MARKET ACCESS
Five audiences, one offer
Government and NUPCO, Saudi Aramco and institutions, private hospitals and clinics,
pharmacies and retail, and the global manufacturers who need a route in.
04 · LOGISTICS
One warehouse, one fleet
A licensed warehouse in Dammam and 8+ owned vehicles including validated cold chain,
delivering into 13 administrative regions and 40+ hospitals and medical cities.
05 · FINANCE
Contracts, and the paper behind them
Tenders, contracting and invoicing for institutional and retail customers, and the
records that a government framework agreement requires.
Want to join one of them?
We hire against these five
functions, and we say plainly what the work is.

One call reaches the person who decides.
Whether you manufacture a product that belongs in this market or you need a supplier who
answers for the delivery date, the conversation starts in the same place.
